January’s Flash Dash – is the Freeze Your Ass Dash!

Come ‘Freeze Your Ass’ at our January 5k Dash to assure New Yorkers in need don’t freeze their asses this winter!!!

Our fun and casual run/fundraiser will take place Saturday, January 26th @10AM at Bakehouse NYC. (check in begins at 9:15AM). Proceeds from our race & donations will go to New York Cares for Hurricane Sandy Relief to keep New Yorkers out of the cold! You can run, walk, or hang out at the bar. We don’t care, just get your ass there!

1. Bundle Up in your warm winter running gear!
2. Pay $20 *proceeds go to New York Cares*
3. Bring your gently used coats or warm clothing to donate!
4. Bring your friends & family!
5. Enjoy a post race beer at Bakehouse NYC (*ID required!)

Start & Finish will be at stylish Bakehouse Bistro & Bar. http://bakehousenyc.com/ *We will have a corner booth for bag check, registration, and a post run revelry!
